YOUR VISIT

Appointment reminders are sent vis email and text before your scheduled appointment (via Acubliss.com). At your initial scheduled visit, you will be directed to create an online account where you can input your HIPAA compliant personal and health information, sign consent for treatment, and set your messaging preferences.

If you choose not to do the online intake, then please come into the clinic 15 minutes early to complete the forms for your initial visit. Expect your visit to last 60 minutes.

CANCELLATIONS
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment, to avoid a fee of $100. There are many patients who may be able to take your spot if given enough notice! (Cancellations on a Monday should be made on the previous Friday.) When you fail to cancel an appointment, other patients who are on the wait list also lose out on the opportunity to take your spot.

Most WA health insurance plans will cover the cost of your acupuncture treatment. I am currently credentialed with the following insurance plans – but please confirm your coverage with your provider:
