As some of you may already know, Nanarita Acupuncture will no longer be partnered with Orca Wellness as of March 1, 2019. Dr. Tello has chosen to move his practice outside of the Capitol Hill area but I am choosing to stay in the neighborhood I have practiced in for the past 10 years.
Beginning this March, while I will still be in the same location at 821 E Thomas St, things will be a little different.
1) New contact Phone number: (206) 792-7644
The previous number you may have on file will no longer reach me! If I don’t answer, please leave a voicemail as I am likely with a patient, but I will return your call ASAP.
2) Contact email for scheduling or otherwise: firstname.lastname@example.org
The quickest way to reach me will be by email for the most part, at least during work hours. Please keep in mind that there is no “fast response” guarantee outside of the below times.
Mon & Wed: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Tues & Thurs: 11:00am to 7:15pm
NOTE: I will no longer have front desk support, therefore I am no longer able to be as flexible with my cancellation policy as I have been in the past. All cancellations need to be made a full 24 hours in advance of your appointment time (Monday cancellations need to be made the previous Friday). As I now have to do my own scheduling on top of treating patients, I need the full 24 hours to try and fill your cancelled spot. Many of you may think that my wait list makes this easy to do, but 80% of my wait list wants something after 5pm. Most of the time, I am unable to fill your cancellation when it is short notice.
Please understand that when you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other patients who could have scheduled an appointment for that same time. When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to my no show/late cancellation policy of $75.00.
3) Starting April 1, 2019 – new location (1.5 blocks away) – 1666 E Olive Way, Seattle, WA 98102
I will be joining a facility of multiple individual practices out of the Evergreen building, on the corner of Olive and Boylston. For those of you that also see Shirley for massage therapy, she will also be moving into this space. We are both hoping you will make this short move with us starting in April.
I will send another update as the April move comes up.
